Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscription fees for Neuralink Data LLC are billed in United States Dollars (USD) and processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Prices displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government charges, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You will receive an emailed invoice/receipt for every successful charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing billing@neuralinkdata.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain access to the platform until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your initial charge, contact billing@neuralinkdata.co and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the initial 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion for documented service outages or account errors caused by us.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at billing@neuralinkdata.co. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry the charge over the following 7 days and notify you by email. Accounts with unpaid balances beyond that window may be suspended until payment is resolved.
